Experience Montréal and its historical sites, where you will discover all the characteristics this city has to offer. Our charming tour guide will lead you through one of the world’s largest French-speaking cities with numerous museums, such as the McCord, Grévin and Pointe-à-Callière Museums, restaurants, and shops to explore.

Itinerary:

  • Departure: Board the motor coach in the morning, 10 AM, to begin your Montreal city tour.
  • Guided Tour: Enjoy a guided tour of Montreal, during which you’ll pass by iconic landmarks and learn about the city’s rich history and culture. Highlights may include:
    • Old Montreal (Vieux-Montréal) with its cobblestone streets and historic buildings.
    • Notre-Dame Basilica, a stunning example of Gothic Revival architecture.
    • Mount Royal Park (Parc du Mont-Royal) for panoramic views of the city skyline.
    • The bustling downtown area and its modern skyscrapers.
    • Various neighborhoods like Plateau-Mont-Royal, known for its colorful murals and vibrant atmosphere.
  • Lunch Stop: Around midday, the motor coach will make a scheduled stop for lunch. You’ll have options to purchase drinks, snacks, and/or a full meal at nearby restaurants or cafes. This is a chance to relax, refuel, and perhaps sample some local cuisine.
  • Continued Tour: After lunch, continue the city tour with more sightseeing and exploration.
  • Optional Activities: Depending on the tour itinerary and your interests, there may be optional activities or attractions to visit during the tour. This could include museums, art galleries, or additional landmarks.
  • Return Journey: Board the motor coach to return to the hotel.

Tips:

  • Comfortable Clothing: Dress appropriately for the weather and wear comfortable shoes for walking during the tour.
  • Camera: Bring a camera or smartphone to capture photos of the city’s sights and attractions.
  • Snacks and Water: There will be at least one stop where food will be available for purchase but it could be a while before you get there so consider bringing along some snacks and a water bottle for the journey.
  • Currency: Have Canadian dollars on hand for any purchases during the lunch stop and throughout the tour, or any major credit card.

Optional Activities:

  • If time permits, consider exploring some of Montreal’s attractions in more depth after the guided tour, such as visiting museums, exploring neighborhoods on foot, or taking a boat tour along the St. Lawrence River.

  • Transfer
    • Convention registration can be transferred to another person before June 1, 2026 by contacting [email protected]
    • and providing the new person’s information.
  • Cancellation
    • Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected].
    • Before June 1, 2026: A refund, minus a $10 admin fee, will be processed.
    • After June 1, 2026: No refunds, however the Fun Badge tour can be transferred to another registered attendee at no cost.

Tours

All tours are transferrable. Tours are cancellable (with full refund minus $10 admin fee) before June 1, 2026 with the exception of the Fun Badge Tour which is non-refundable.

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations.
